You will receive a calendar invite from your Spotify representative for the day and hour of your meeting.
All sessions must be booked in advance. If you’re interested in recording audio or video content at our studio, please reach out to your Spotify representative. We have limited slots available.
Your Spotify representative will confirm your session in advance and send you a Guest Pack with all information you’ll need ahead of your session. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.

We recommend a stroll along the Croisette from the Palais – but there are taxis should you wish to arrive via car.
Please arrive at Spotify Beach with your QR code / booking confirmation, and a valid ID (passport or driving license). Our brand ambassadors will verify your pass and provide you with a wristband for entry. Please wear your wristband for all days you plan to attend Spotify Beach.
If you are registered to visit our Beach more than once, we advise you keep your wristband on.
No. You can only enter the Beach per your invite and registration.
Entry to all events are subject to capacity.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the panel start time.
When you leave the beach, keep an eye out for brand ambassadors at the exit who will be able to scan you out.
QR codes cannot be shared. Entrance is one unique QR code per registered guest.
There will be signposting at the top of our beach to know where to queue, and brand ambassadors will be there to guide you. Have your QR code & ID ready to show staff, and prepare for a security and bag check. No valid QR code, no entry.
Yes, but please be aware that for re-entry you will have to join the back of the queue and entry is subject to capacity.
There is no facility to leave your belongings with us on the beach. Personal items are bought at your own discretion, and are your own responsibility.
For the daytime, small bags (hand/rucksack/laptop/briefcase) are permitted, but no luggage. For the evening, only clutch size bags are permitted. We will not provide cloakroom or storage for any bags brought to the Beach. Guests bringing oversized bags will be denied entry.
During the day, own water bottles are allowed. During the night, own water bottles must be emptied.
If any severe allergies you are concerned about, please email cannes2026@spotify.com and also make our brand ambassadors aware upon entry to the beach. We’ll do our best to accommodate general dietaries on the day within event specific catering, but can’t guarantee all dietary requirements will be catered for.
Unfortunately not, but we’re sure you will make some buddies on the beach!

You can modify your RSVP up until the event days. However we strongly advise RSVP-ing early to have the best chance to attend events. If evening concerts are at capacity, you are unable to switch nights. Entry is always subject to capacity.
You can modify your selection by following the link in your confirmation email. If you can no longer attend an event, please modify your RSVP and let us know you won’t be attending. Events are in high demand and have limited capacity, so please be mindful of this and free up a spot for another beach guest if you can’t make it.

Yes – there is an accessible elevator for our guests to access the beach sub-level. Please reach out to your Spotify rep if you would like to share any accessibility requirements, and we’ll do our best to support.
